The student will be able to:
- Understand the components of fitness and the guidelines for exercise to develop an individual fitness program.
- Demonstrate various methods of improving cardiovascular fitness.
- Understand the guidelines for exercise and the principles of training.
- Determine how nutritional intake and eating patterns affect social, mental, and physical outlook on life.
- Demonstrate safe and appropriate use of equipment.
